Booking Appointments

At Tyco. Creative, every appointment is thoughtfully curated to deliver a seamless, elevated salon experience. To honour both your time and that of our team, we operate with a structured booking system designed for efficiency and care.

A valid credit or debit card is required to be securely held on file for all appointments. This information is safely stored via Stripe within our booking system, Phorest, and remains encrypted and inaccessible to our team.

For first-time guests, a deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This ensures we can dedicate the appropriate time and attention to each client experience.

Appointments can be secured by phone during salon hours or via our online booking platform at any time. Kindly note, we do not accept bookings via email, text message, or social media - these channels are reserved exclusively for enquiries.

punctuality & Missed Appointments

To maintain the flow of our salon and uphold the experience we are known for, punctuality is essential.

If you anticipate arriving late, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. While we will always endeavour to accommodate, late arrivals may require adjustments to your service, rescheduling, or allocation to another stylist.

Missed appointments will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. If unsuccessful, future appointments will require full prepayment.

Confirmations & Cancellations

You will receive a confirmation via SMS and email 72 hours prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you confirm within 48 hours or contact us to reschedule if needed.

Please note, an unconfirmed appointment remains secured unless formally cancelled.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. If unsuccessful, future appointments will require full prepayment.

Service Adjustments & Product Returns

While we do not offer refunds on salon services, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

If you feel your result does not align with your consultation, we invite you to contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly arrange a complimentary refinement service where appropriate.

Adjustments beyond this timeframe, or services differing from the original consultation, will be treated as a new appointment and charged accordingly.

We accept returns on faulty retail products within 30 days, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Our Salon Culture

At Tyco. Creative, we pride ourselves on cultivating a space defined by respect, professionalism, and genuine care.

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to any form of disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour towards our team or clients. In such cases, services will be concluded, and future bookings declined.

Personal Belongings

While every precaution is taken during your visit, we kindly ask that you take care with personal items and attire.

Tyco. Creative is unable to accept responsibility for damage to clothing or personal belongings that may occur during your service.

Social & Digital Presence

From time to time, we may capture imagery or video within the salon to showcase our work and environment across our digital platforms.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge the possibility of appearing in such content. Should you prefer not to be featured, please let us know - your comfort and privacy will always be respected.
