  • Yes. We provide complimentary or in-depth consultations to understand your hair history, desired outcome and to recommend the best approach before any service begins.

  • Appointment times vary depending on the service. For full colour, balayage or blonde services, allow 2.5 to 5 hours. Cuts and styling are typically shorter. We’ll confirm timing when you book.

  • Absolutely. We assess condition first and recommend bond-building treatments and corrective services where needed. Your hair health guides our approach.

  • Come with clean, dry hair if possible and, if you have reference photos, feel free to share them with your stylist during your consultation.
