At Tyco. Creative, we are committed to providing a top-tier experience for all our valued clients. Our goal is to maintain an efficient schedule that respects both your time and ours. As part of this commitment, we require a valid credit / debit card on file at all times to secure any future booking with our salon. Rest assured that this information is securely stored using stripe on Phorest, our secure booking system.
Please note: A deposit will be charged to your card at the time of booking for first time visitors to secure your appointment. This approach enables us to manage appointments efficiently, ensuring all clients receive the high-quality service they deserve.

At Tyco. Creative, punctuality is essential to maintaining our schedule and ensuring an exceptional experience for every client. If you anticipate being late to your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, please understand that in some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to a different day or assign you to a different team member.
Please note: Missed appointments will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booking value, which will be charged to the card on file. If we are unable to process the fee, any future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.
This policy enables us to manage appointments efficiently, ensuring all clients receive the high-quality service they deserve while respecting everyone’s time.

Tyco. Creative will always confirm your booking with a reminder text and email 72 hours before your upcoming appointment. We kindly ask that you respond to our appointment confirmation within 48 hours of receiving our reminder or contact us to reschedule.
Please note: Not confirming your appointment does not mean that the appointment has been cancelled. We understand that things can change, however, If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, this will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value, which will be applied to the card on file. If we are unable to process the fee, any future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Tyco. Creative does not offer refunds on hair services, however, we do everything possible to meet your expectations and ensure that you love your hair. If for any reason you do not love your hair after you leave the salon, please get in touch with us within 7 days from your appointment date and we will arrange a time for you to come back for a complementary revision appointment. These services are not charged unless it is more or new work that is outside of what was discussed and agreed upon prior to your original appointment commencing.
Please note: Any concerns outside of our 7 day grace period will be considered a new colour appointment and will be charged accordingly. We will accept returns for faulty products that have been purchased within 30 days. The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We have zero tolerance for any kind of bullying, abuse or rude behaviour towards our team or our clients. In the unlikely event we see anyone exhibiting this kind of behaviour, we will politely step in, cease services and ask that the offender leaves without returning to the salon.

While we take utmost care in providing our services, Tyco. Creative does not accept any responsibility for any damage to your personal belongings including clothing or accessories. Please ensure that you wear suitable attire to your appointment and keep personal belongings safe from potential exposure to products or equipment used in our salon. Should any accidental damage occur, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused but we are unable to accept liability for these incidents.

Tyco. Creative may capture photographs or video of our clients, the salon environment, and the daily operations for promotional purposes on our social media platforms. By choosing to engage with our services, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of appearing in such photographs or video.
We recognise the significance of our clients comfort and privacy. If you happen to identify your image or video on our social media platforms and prefer it to be removed, we encourage you to inform us promptly. Our dedicated team will ensure your request is handled swiftly and with the utmost respect.
Please be assured that our primary aim in sharing these images or video is to showcase the exceptional work of our stylists or the beautiful space around us. We will never intentionally compromise the comfort or privacy of our clients.
